  The Communications Department (COM) oversees publishing at the Fund, including internal and external publications, and communcations such as blogs and social media.

Copyright at the IMF (COMEP) contains copyright guidelines, and information on clearance procedures and publishing at the Fund.

Purchasing & Licensing Digital Contents

IMF Multimedia will take care of purchasing and licensing of digital contents (music files, graphics, photographs, illustrations) for IMF publications and communications. Request services at http://multimedia  > Photo > Photo Purchase. Note: There may be fees.

Use of Published Material & Electronic Resources

The Library Network complies with U.S. copyright laws with regard to the use and reuse of print and electronic library products. This applies to materials that are used by staff in their publications or courses.

Copyright Clearance Center and the IMF

The Joint Library Copyright Clearance Center Annual Copyright License helps IMF and World Bank staff with sharing publications across the institutions and getting permission to use copyrighted content. Check the handout to find out what is allowed through the CCC license.
