The Access to Research for Development and Innovation (ARDI) program provides free online access to major scientific and technical journals to local, not-for-profit institutions in least-developed countries and low-cost access to industrial property offices in developing countries across the world.
Access to Global Online Research in Agriculture. Provides free access to several hundred journals from major scientific publishers in food, agriculture, environmental science, and the related social sciences. A partnership between the United Nations Environment Programme, Yale University and several leading science and technology publishers, OARE enables developing countries to gain free access to one of the world's largest collections of environmental science research.
